Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CalcTools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CalcTools for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in CalcTools
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Disclaimer

The materials in CalcTools are provided on an 'as is' basis. CalcTools makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive to provide accurate calculations and conversions, CalcTools does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our tools will be accurate, reliable, or error-free. Users should verify important calculations independently and not rely solely on our tools for critical decisions.

Limitations

In no event shall CalcTools or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use CalcTools, even if CalcTools or a CalcTools authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use CalcTools:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

Service Availability

CalcTools is a new application currently in active development. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to some or all features for maintenance, updates, or improvements without prior notice.

Termination

We may restrict access to CalcTools immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

CalcTools reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
